[Xitami] HTTP_COOKIE empty in Linux

I use Xitami under Win32, OS/2 and Linux with Harbour compiler (Clliper
code) and my own model for scripts ( Clipxnet )
Values are retrieved with GETENV( "var" ), and for example GETENV(
"HTTP_COOKIE" ) return right content in Win32, OS/2 and empty with Linux
