[Xitami] Xitami/5 - SSI support

I only have used Xitami locally to test sites before posting them on the web for several years now.

This past year I installed the Abyss web server because with Xitami I could never get SSI (server side includes) to work locally.   I use them extensively for side menus and footers.   So I could never view the full contents of a web page using Xitami.   I would be great to have SSI working in Xitami and have it recognize directory structures so that the contents of the SSI could be in whatever directory and still have it display from any directory.
